The hotel's location is very convenient for budget travellers, with Chinatown just across the street and a mall attached to it. the rooms are kept clean, and some staff members are friendly and helpful, such as the night manager who assisted with laundry. the air conditioning and heating systems work efficiently as do the washing machines on the premises.
Some staff members were reported to be rude to guests, and the check-in process was slow at times.

The hotel offered great amenities during my business trip, such as a water dispenser and washer/dryer options. The key location across from Chinatown made it easy for me to explore and find delicious food options. having a mall and convenience store nearby was a definite plus.
Although the location was optimal, the check-in process was slow and one of the receptionists was incredibly rude during my checkout. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standards as the pillows and bedsheets had not been changed and there were stains on the table.

The hotel had modern and comfortable furniture with a cozy bed. the staff, especially an older man, was very helpful and friendly. the hotel was located in a great location, very strategic for easy access to shopping, food, and entertainment.
The registration process took too long which was tiring. the Indian woman staff was rude and needed to improve her behavior, she was impatient during check-out forcing us out.

Modern furniture. Comfy bed. Helpful staff, especially the man in his 40s. Great location and easy parking. Water dispenser and washing machine available. Chinatown and shopping nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the spacious and clean room, availability of washer and dryer on site, and modern furniture. The location was great, with easy access to parking and nearby food options. The staff, especially one particular man in his 40s, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their assistance!
